A wonderfully spacious bungalow, in a tucked away location, with open plan living that is ideal for families and friends. Hideaway has three en suite bedrooms, as well as a twin bedroom and adjacent shower room.

You are only ten minutes walk away from the renowned village green with its fabulous boutiques, interior shops, cafes and restaurants, and of course the acclaimed Hoste Arms.

There is an enclosed rear garden and parking for four cars on the private driveway. The beautiful North Norfolk beaches are a short drive away, or just catch the Coasthopper that regularly runs through the village and let the bus take the strain.

For anyone in need of retail therapy after a long day on the beach, Burnham Market is the place.
Chic, bustling and stylish there is something for everyone. Home to the the famous Hoste Arms Hotel where you can celebrity spot, and numerous independant shops selling everything from designer clothes to local sausages! Pentney House is one of the largest hat shops in the country and is worth a look. There are several art galleries and a wonderful second hand bookshop where you can lose yourself for hours. The village is situated just a couple of miles from the North Norfolk coast.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hideaway particularly as we enjoyed beautiful weather throughout the week we stayed there. The house and garden were lovely and met all of our requirements. The owners provided everything we could possibly have wanted and should be commended for the cleanliness of the property and their attention to detail. The layout was ideal as one of our party has limited mobility. We would definitely recommend it to our family and friends. We loved Burnham Market and the surrounding areas and will definitely return, hopefully sooner rather than later.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hideaway as it gave each of us a bedroom.We were all comfortable and the open plan living area worked very well for us. It was not as close to the shops as we had thought but as we had cars it was fine. THere was every utensil that we could possibly need and we were left a lovely bottle of proseco to kick off the holiday. The one thing that would have made it perfect would have been a bath! But I realise that is personal choice. The owners were very kind and allowed us in earlier than 4 as we arrived sooner than we thougt. We would certainly recommend it to our friends. Thank you.

Perfect place to stay for 4 couples. The property was superb and met all our needs. We had a fab time and will definitely book again. It was super clean and had all the equipment you could need - we wished we were staying longer! The owners have great taste. Just could have benefited from a rail in the main bedroom bathroom to assist - but we did know that before we booked as the staff in the office went out of their way to check it out for us - super customer service! The Prosecco was a lovely welcoming touch too - thank you :)

We booked the property for a family celebration. We were a party of 7 adults and the layout of the property was perfect. It was very well equipped and comfortable. The garden was lovely and secluded and as the weather was fantastic we enjoyed barbecues and eating alfresco. We followed the 'secret' walk into Burnham Market to buy fresh local produce and browse the independent shops. We loved the area,especially the beaches and there is so much to do that we will definitely be making a return trip.

Excellent property. Well appointed and well maintained. Good location for exploring north Norfolk. Burnham Market an interesting little town with several independent shops.
Access to beaches at Brancaster, Holkham and all points east and west very manageable.
One of the few properties we have rented in recent years which we would happily return to and highly recommend.

“We selected Hideaway due to its bright spacious rooms and single storey layout and finally the location. The bright airy rooms, all except one with ensuite bathrooms and two with access direct to the garden were clean and comfortable. We had an exceptionally hot week and the lounge/dining room glass extension did get pretty hot, but the easy and open access to the garden with copious amounts of garden furniture worked well to counteract this. The house was very spacious as we were only 4 and it catered for 8. I found details of location attactions, eating places etc emailed to us in advance by the owner particularly useful to plan some trips and the detailed information on use of the facilities, both of which were on hand in the house. We enjoyed visiting North Creake Abbey, Burnham Overton Staithe and Burnham Market itself and dropped in to Norfolk Lavender on our route home. We have visited the area before and been to Holkham Hall, Salthouse, Cley etc, but mainly value visiting North Nofolk for the combination of good weather and choice to stay peaceful locations in addition, the occassional bout of bustling activity. Thank you to the owners and also to Norfolk Hideways for making this a great stay and the helpful service in advance.”

“The house is very well designed for a large family group. The garden was well laid out and maintained and was well equipped (tables, chairs, Bar-B-Q, games, etc). The kitchen was well equipped and the dining and main living area was a bright airy space that was comfortable to spend time in. The house is within easy walking distance of Burnham Market village and there is a local convenience store at the nearby garage. All 4 bedrooms were modern and clean with nice ensuite facilities. Two of the bedrooms had patio doors onto the back garden. All in all the house was pretty much perfect for our needs. We would recommend staying at this property to our friends and family.”
