Bosky House is a superb family house with stylish and flexible accommodation to suit families or groups of friends wishing to enjoy a break together. This fabulous dog-friendly home sits in a large plot on a quiet lane in the centre of the village where the whole family can enjoy a family break together.

The layout is perfect for larger families with two reception rooms comprising a sitting room and a large garden room with comfy seating. There is a large dining table, ideal for entertaining and a stylish fitted kitchen and breakfast room. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a single bedroom with pull out trundle bed which could accommodate one extra child.

An added bonus is the separate annexe (which can be booked along side Bosky House at £100.00 per week), great for couples who wish to enjoy some privacy away from the main house. With super-king/twin beds (zip and link to form a super-king) and a private shower room, this is ideal and totally independent from the house.

At the rear of Bosky House there is a lovely garden which is on two levels. Accessed from the garden room there is a sun terrace and covered seating area with cushions, Steps lead down to the lower garden beyond with additional outdoor seating, great for ‘al-fresco’ dining. There is a small play area for children with swing and lawned garden beyond.

Ground Floor:
Entrance hall

With tiled floor, coat rack, door to cloakroom, doors to kitchen/breakfast room, sitting room and stairs to first floor.
Cloakroom
Wall mounted wash basin and WC.
Sitting room
Double aspect room a cosy wood burning stove and a flatscreen satellite television and DVD player.
Kitchen/breakfast room
With a modern contemporary style fitted kitchen with integrated appliances with larder fridge, slim-line dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob and electric fan assisted oven along with an additional free standing ‘Smeg’ fridge/freezer (70/30) and microwave. There is an oak style breakfast table with four chairs and docking station.
Garden room
A wonderful light and open space which allows lots of light flooding in through sky lights and windows with french doors leading on the rear terrace and garden. An ideal place for entertaining with a fabulous extending oak table and chairs, seating eight (additional chairs can be used from the kitchen).

First Floor:
Landing with velux window and built-in stair gate fitted at the top of the stairs.
Master bedroom
A light and airy room double aspect room with a king-size bed and windows to the front and rear.
Double bedroom
With a double bed and window to the front.
Single bedroom
With a full size single (3ft) bed with pull-out trundle bed, ideal for children. Velux window with blind and large bean bag.
Family bathroom
Bath with rain shower and separate hand held shower attachment with glazed screen. Wash basin, wc and heated towel rail.

The Annexe:
The Annexe is available at £100.00 per week
Located at the front of the house and perfect for a couple who prefer some privacy away from the main house or older children
Bedroom
With a super-king size zip and link bed which can also be made up as twins (please request at time of booking). There is a flatscreen television with DVD player and electric heater.
Kitchen
A small kitchen area with stainless steel sink, mixer tap, small fridge and an electric panel heater.
Shower room
Corner shower with electric shower, wash basin and wc.

Outside:
The rear garden is fully enclosed and on two levels. There is a wonderful covered seating area adjacent to the rear terrace and raised lawn; ideal for summer evenings and a perfect place to enjoy your favourite tipple!
Steps lead down to a shingled garden with bench seating, circular table with seating and children’s play area with swing and a lovely back drop of silver birch trees. A second lawn is adjacent and shed, ideal bike storage, if needed.
Bosky House is approached along a quiet country lane and is set back slightly from the road. There is a large gravelled driveway giving parking for four cars. There is additional covered parking in the cart shed adjacent to the driveway.

Additional Information:
Two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge).

Bosky House is a wonderful modern property just a fifteen minute drive from the fabulous beaches at Wells-next-the-Sea, Holkham and Brancaster.
South Creake is a lovely village just a couple of miles from Burnham Market.
There is a lovely village green in the centre with a playpark for children and tennis courts.
Sir John Betjeman loved the church here. The village is home to The Yorke Trust, founded in 1985 to promote the arts and particularly music among young people. A more recent development, The North Norfolk Music Festival, presents concerts by international musicians in the church.

Beautiful house and garden. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners have given a great deal of thought to the furnishings/layout of the house and garden, it is a very child and dog friendly property. Wonderful space and light, garden has sun and shade all day. Beautiful walks, close to coast etc. Would definitely recommend. Our dogs loved it too!
