The layout is perfect for larger families with two reception rooms comprising sitting room and a large garden room with comfy seating. There is a large dining table, ideal for entertaining and a stylish fitted kitchen and breakfast room. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a single bedroom with pull out trundle bed which could accommodate one extra child.
An added bonus is the separate annexe (which can be booked along side Bosky House), great for couples who wish to enjoy some privacy away from the main house. With super king/twin beds (zip and link to form a super king) and a private shower room this is ideal and totally independent from the house. (Available from the end of February)
At the rear of Bosky House there is a lovely garden which is on two levels. Accessed from the garden room there is a sun terrace and covered seating area with cushions, Steps lead down to the lower garden beyond with additional outdoor seating, great for ‘al-fresco’ dining or summer bbq's. There is a small play area for children with swing and lawned garden beyond. Bosky House is a wonderful modern property just a fifteen minute drive from the fabulous beaches at Wells-next-the-Sea, Holkham and Brancaster.
A low occupancy discount of 10% will be applied for up to 6 guests staying at Bosky house. The annex will be available to book from the end of February along side Bosky House, for occupancy of up to 8 people (The discount does not apply if the annex is also booked).

The annexe is located at the front of the house and is perfect for a couple who prefer some privacy away from the main house or older children with flexible sleeping arrangements with twin beds (2ft 6) which can also be set up as king size zip and link bed. (The bed will made up as super king unless otherwise requested, therefore please stipulate how you would like the bed made-up at the time of booking. There is a flat screen TV with DVD player, electric heater, windows and a fitted carpet to the main living area. There is a small kitchen area with stainless steel sink, mixer tap, small fridge and an electric panel heater.

Bosky House is approached along a quiet country lane and is set back slightly from the road. There is a large gravelled driveway giving parking for four cars. There is additional covered parking in the cart shed adjacent to the driveway.
The rear garden is fully enclosed and on two levels. There is a wonderful covered seating area adjacent to the rear terrace and raised lawn; ideal for summer evenings and a perfect place to enjoy your favourite tipple!
Steps lead down to a shingled garden with bench seating, circular table with seating and children’s play area with swing and a lovely back drop of silver birch trees. A second lawn is adjacent and shed ideal bike storage, if needed.
