Moongazer Cottage is a sympatheticly refurbished, newly renovated cottage, set back from the road in a quiet area of the pretty North West coastal village of Heacham. The cottage is beautifully presented and stylish with lots of period features. There is a spacious kitchen with dining area and a cosy sitting room with wood burner. The kitchen area is particularly welcoming with hand built bespoke units and exposed beams and a wonderful eating area with pine table, bench seating and chairs. A small utility area with washing machine is ideal for those 'after the beach days' and there is a downstairs bathroom with shower - great for little ones, to wash those sandy toes!
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms. The master is light and bright and has a double bed and pretty window seat that overlooks the lane. The second bedroom has twin beds (full size 3ft) therefore suitable for adults or children. A cloakroom is located upstairs with a WC and wash hand basin.
The rear garden is fully enclosed so great for dogs and children.There is garden furniture to dine al fresco and the tree offers some welcome shade on sunny days.
Heacham beach is a 10-15 minute walk away from the cottage, so easy to pack a picnic and head to the beach for the day. Heacham village has a range of shops, pubs and amenities and a family pub which is great for sunday roasts and well known its Thursday night Steak night!
Norfolk lavender is located on the edge of the village which boasts a fabulous farm shop and Indoor/Outdoor Play area for the children.
Head out in the car and you are in easy reach of everything North Norfolk has to offer, including bird and nature reserves, stunning beaches and wonderful deli's, restaurants and cafe's. Hunstanton is closeby too with its watersports facilities, Sea Life Centre and much more.
For the younger generation there is nearby Snettisham Park Farm with lambing feeding in the Spring and the whole family will enjoy the deer safari. A little further afield and just a 15 minute drive is HM The Queen's residence, Sandringham House which you can tour at certain times of the year and the parkland and woods and well worh a visit too.

Stairs lead to the first floor with fitted stairgate at the foot of the stairs. A door leads through to the kitchen/diner.
The kitchen area is particularly welcoming with hand-built bespoke units, with cup handles and wooden work surfaces and ceramic sink with mixer tap. There are exposed beams to the ceiling. There is a wonderful seating area with bench seating, pine table and chairs and exposed beams to the ceiling. Integrated appliances include electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge.
The utility separates the kitchen from the rear of the cottage, it has a handy washing machine and table top freezer.

A stable door leads to the enclosed rear garden.

There is a large shingled driveway giving off-road parking for two cars at the front of the cottage.
