Many migratory birds descend there during the winter months and the skeins of geese honking and clattering is one of the iconic Norfolk sights. Snettisham has a great pub, with great food and an enclosed garden with a fab childrens adventure play area. The village is well served with amenities including chemist, a local shop, hairdressers and second hand book shop, perfect for browsing away a couple of hours! Guest reviews

Lambert cottage is in the town of Snettisham, which is a quiet and quant Norfolk town. It has two very good pubs, a café bistro and small Coop. The town is the perfect base to explore North Norfolk. The cottage is perfect for two adults, very clean and comfortable. It has everything that you would require. The owners who live next door are very friendly and happy to ensure you have a memorable stay. If you are into wildlife, North Norfolk is your heaven and spectacular beaches and gorgeous small town and villages to explore. We did not want to leave and looking forward to going back.

The Lambert Cottage was everything we wanted; cosy, warm, modern, well equipped with all necessary requirements for our holiday break. The local pubs all welcome dogs, many fabulous beaches for Ralph to run wild, Heacham North, Old Hunstanton and Brancaster our favourites. We will definitely be back to stay again.
