Pear tree cottage

We had a lovely stay here at Pear Tree Cottage, would definitely come back. On arrival the cottage was very clean and comfortable and everything worked! Shower was excellent ,and heating good too. Nothing negative about this lovely cottage. We had a very comfortable week and crammed a lot in during our stay. The beaches in the surrounding are are just stunning. We slept well, even our 12 year old golden retriever did too!!! Very dog friendly area , and the cottage has an enormous garden and again beautifully kept. I would recommend this cottage without any reservations

We had a four night stay at Pear Tree Cottage in Holme next The Sea in mid September. The cottage is very pretty and extremely well equipped with good quality furnishing and equipment. The separate garden is large and was very good for the dog to play in. All in all an extremely comfortable and pleasant place to stay.

Pear Tree Cottage was a delightful place with top notch decor and outstanding facilities. I've never known a place so well equipped and where everything worked. The location is outstanding, off the beaten track with walking access straight out to Holme beach. What's not to like, lovely.

“Our week in Pear Tree cottage was even better than expectations. The cottage is an excellent cosy home-from-home and even though it was a cottage we found it roomy for both us and our pet lurcher Pedro. The bedroom was a good size and the attic room is lovely and we just loved the bathroom. We also spent many an evening sipping a beer at the bench in the small year garden as well as using the large separate garden for Pedro to have a good run every day. The position is ideal for visiting the north Norfolk coast and the local beach and coastal walk were the best! Highly recommended. We'll be back. ”

“We had a wonderful week at Pear Tree Cottage - we particularly appreciated the location just opposite the White Horse (!) and the lovely big garden for the children to play in. ”

“We made our decision to stay at Pear Tree Cottage based on the location but particularly the photographs on the website and the fact that it is dog friendly. We were not disappointed. The location was perfect, The cottage is handily placed for visits to Brancaster, Wells and Burnham Market, but also Old Hunstanton, Hunstanton and many more places of interest. The cottage itself was as perfect as the photographs suggested. It is tastefully and thoughtfully decorated with quality fittings and furniture. There is a TV in each of the two bedrooms and the sitting room for those who need it. The rooms are a good size and there is everything you need in the kitchen which is even finished with granite work surfaces. The cottage comes with a large grassy garden which faces south and a separate sitting area, again facing south, by the door. There is parking outside, lovely walks if, like us you have a dog, and just a few yards away is the White Horse, a dog friendly pub with a lovely garden, which serves a comprehensive range of food at pub prices, not gastro rip offs. In all we had a relaxing.enjoyable four days at Pear Tree Cottage. And of course, we will be going back. Maxine and Graham Boon from Derbyshire. ”

The cottage was incredibly cosy ,comfortable and well equipped and really felt like home. It was ideal as a base for exploring the local area with many lovely walks and places to visit in the door step. With all of the above and the local pub opposite we could not have wished for a nicer place to stay! ”
