The White House is a wonderful newly decorated 15th century farmhouse located in the quiet village of Great Snoring. The farmhouse was originally two farm cottages which, in 1901, were turned into a family home.

The accommodation is very flexible and would suit two or more families. There is a ground floor en suite bedroom, and an additional master bedroom to the first floor which is also en suite. The farmhouse has recently been redecorated throughout and has a lovely enclosed south facing garden at the rear with views over open countryside.

There is also a microwave, toaster and seating area and plenty of space for the family to enjoy a country breakfast.

There are bedside tables with lamps and a dressing table with mirror, a large chest of drawers and double doors to wardrobe space.

En-suite Shower Room
With WC, pedestal wash hand basin with mirror, light and shaver point and there is a corner shower cubicle with mains shower and tiled flooring.

Twin/Bunk Room
With 3 foot Bunk Beds with bedside table with lamp - the bunks are full size therefore suitable for adults or children. There is a desk and chest of drawers with desk light and mirror, plenty of storage with a large walk-in wardrobe with travel cot.

Double Bedroom
Double bed with side tables and lamps, dressing table with lamp and mirror and a recessed double wardrobe with hanging space.

Family Bathroom
Suite with curved bath and shower screen with mixer taps and electric shower over, WC, pedestal wash hand basin with shaver point tiled splash back and tiled floor.

Outside
There is a covered porch at the rear of the Cottage and the enclosed is south facing and is enclosed with ranch style fencing. The garden is mainly laid to lawn with a variety of flower beds, mature trees and shrub borders and has views of the open countryside beyond. There is a terrace with outdoor table and seating, an ideal place to enjoy a BBQ or sit and read a book.
Through the gate there is parking for 3 cars and there is vehicular access to the neighbouring property.
