Guest reviews

Bay Tree Cottage - Bay Tree Cottage is a stylish and comfortable holiday home in an idyllic location. We liked the walk in shower room and the spacious dining kitchen. The garden had a lovely outlook onto a field and woods. It was a short walk to local villages. We especially enjoyed the snowdrop walk in the Abbey grounds in Little Walsingham. It took us 10 minutes to drive to the beaches at Wells next the Sea and Holkham. The cottage itself was an inviting place to return to after trips out or to relax in when the weather wasn't so good. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come again.

We had such a relaxing stay here! The house is so lovely and cosy and in such peaceful location - ideal for a good nights' sleep. The garden is nice and private, great for a glass of wine at the end of a day's walking! So many nice places within walking distance (good coffee at Norton's and Great Walsingham Barns - latter has amazing pies) and a short drive. Lovely coastal walks at Burnham Overy Staithe to Holkham, Blakeney and Cley. Some great cafes, Wiveton Hall Cafe, (outdoor terrace -only go when the weather is nice) in Cley, Art's Cafe in Glandford. Dinner at Blakeney Hotel with a table overlooking the water, and many more!

House in beautiful and in beautiful surroundings. We met some of the locals and they were just so warm and welcoming. For dinner out, we highly recommend The Black Lion - they have an amazing array of gin, if that's your thing. We will hopefully visit again next year.

A lovely, comfortable and warm cottage. We've had a fantastic week in Norfolk. Highlights were Holkham Beach, racing at Fakenham and seals at Blakeney. Also a great walk from Stiffkey to Blakeney. Stiffkey Stores does great coffee. Thanks for a fab week!
