Outside
Access is via 2 five bar gates with parking for 3-4 vehicles. There is a large wrap around side & rear deck with views to the pinewoods. Teak outside garden furniture for 8. 2 sun loungers. Shed available for bicycles etc.
Holkham Estate have developed the field behind the house as out of town car parking with access to the beach over further fields. A great deal of effort has gone in to ensuring it blends in with the landscape by putting in two large ponds directly behind the properties at Mainsail Yard and planting shrubs and trees around them.

Wells-next-the-sea is a charming, traditional seaside town with sandy beaches protected by a pinewood forest. A visit to Wells wouldn't be complete without trying your luck at a spot of crabbing on the quayside, or simply relaxing and watching the world go by whilst sampling the best in local fish and chip cuisine. Bicycle hire is available on the quayside. Great local pubs include The Crown Inn, The Globe and The Victoria at Holkham.

Great location, great holiday house. We were 5 adults with 3 cars, so the size of the property was actually bigger than we needed. but great location for walking and eating out. This is the second time we have been here - so definitely suits us

Lovely house with views and parking. This house has a great location on the front at Wells with parking for 3 cars which is essential in high season. It is nicely appointed and is very comfortable indeed. We were only 2 couples but we fond this better value for money than booking hotels. The accommodation is spread over 3 floors with a modern kitchen/dining area on the ground floor. First floor has a spacious lounge with a nice view over the marshes and a coffee making area which is useful. There is a twin bedroom and toilet on this floor with the other 3 bedrooms on the top floor, 2 of which are ensuite but with separate family shower room as well. At the rear of the property is a public car park behind landscaping and pools. A wrap round deck has a large dining table but for some reason no BBQ. The owners have made this house very guest friendly with all equipment provided plus books,games and even binoculars to enjoy the view. Hope to be back here. Thank you

VERY GOOD ACCOMMODATION IN EXCELLENT LOCATION. VERY WELL EQUIPPED ESPECIALLY KITCHEN - VERY SPACIOUS - LARGE LOUNGE - IDEAL FOR LARGE FAMILY GATHERING - ALSO NICE OUTSIDE DECKED AREA WITH LARGE TABLE CHAIRS AND LOUNGERS. SHORT WALK TO TOWN CENTRE SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS ETC.
