Property details

Oyster Barn, formerly an oyster shucking shed (hence the name) is a contemporary detached barn conversion situated right on the coast at Titchwell. Stunning views across the marsh to the sea can be had from the platform in the property, especially through the telescope! Marsh Harriers are frequently seen here. Sit and watch the wildlife in the reedbeds of the RSPB reserve or take a stroll down Gypsy Lane to the beach and view the seals in Titchwell Creek.

The barn is extremely spacious and very comfortable with lots of room for families to spread out. Titchwell Manor, one of the best eating establishments in North Norfolk, is next door and Briarfields Hotel and restaurant a few minutes walk, so if you don't want to use the fabulous cooker you don’t have to! This is a wonderful base from which to enjoy everything that this lovely part of North West Norfolk has to offer.

Guest reviews

We love the location, with views across the fields and marshes to the sea.The cottage is extremely well equipped and spacious.Just bring your bath towels. There is so much to see along this part of the coast, shops are a 5 minute drive away in Burnham Deepdale .Titchwell Manor next door is far too easy and welcoming to pop into for an early evening drink!!The food is excellent here too.Favourite place is Gypsy Lane, down to the sea...magical.

A well appointed and comfortable venue ideally placed for the bird sanctuary and viewing the seals and close to Brancaster and near to Hunstanton for other amenities.
