Damage Waiver

The majority of properties in our portfolio are included within our Damage Waiver scheme. This covers the cost of making good any loss or damage to the selected property and/or its contents caused through act or omission of you (or any of your guests or accompanying animals) up to the sum shown in the table below. Listed below are the properties within the Norfolk Hideaways portfolio where the Damage Waiver amount is higher than the standard amount, or where the Damage Waiver scheme is not in place and a housekeeping/damage deposit may be required.

Where any such damage so caused exceeds the Damage Waiver amount, you agree to pay to Norfolk Hideaways, acting on behalf of the owner, upon written demand, any reasonable costs incurred in making good any such loss or damage above the predetermined amount.

If the property booked is not included in the Damage Waiver scheme, then you agree to pay to Norfolk Hideaways, acting on behalf of the owner, upon written demand, any reasonable costs incurred in making good any such loss or damage not covered by any forfeited security deposit.
