The beautiful coast and its magnificent beaches are only a ten minute drive away.

The property is set back from the lane in a quiet position. There is a brick/timber car port as well as additional parking for 3 vehicles. To the rear of the property there is a courtyard garden with willow fencing, wooden garden furniture for 8 and a Webber barbecue.

Stanhoe is a tiny and picturesque village around ten to fifteen minutes' drive from the coast.
It has an excellent pub called The Duck Inn recently opened and refurbished, a children's playground and a traditional duck pond (ideal for those important Sunday morning duck-feeding activities). Our Stanhoe holiday cottages also offer the facilities of the neighbouring beautiful Georgian village of Burnham Market - five minutes away by car.

Wonderful weekend in Norfolk in a lovely property.
We had a great time with friends last weekend. The property was really lovely, plenty of room for the eight of us to spread out, very clean and well equipped.
It was a cold weekend but underfloor heating kept us warm and a log burning stove was a bonus with plenty of logs provided.
The house is well positioned close to some lovely beaches and attractions, so highly recommended. Great pub within walking distance was an added bonus.
We will be back.

A really nice place

Beautiful house with lots of space, located in a nice quiet setting. Furniture and bedding are of a very good quality and the kitchen is well equipped. In winter the wood burning fire is a real bonus. All modern facilities are included as is wi-fi.

The house was amazing: spacious, clean and stylish. The welcome gestures (tea/coffee/biscuits/crisps) was a lovely unexpected touch. We hired in local caterers called Oyster Catchers on the Saturday evening to cook a special birthday dinner for us who were fabulous and I'd recommend to anyone wanting something a little different. we had a great long weekend at the house, thank you. We didn't want to leave,.

“A wonderful property for a family gathering, big enough to find quiet spots if you need time on your own Well equipped kitchen, one of the best we have had on this kind of holiday. An interesting barn conversion, beautifully designed. Not far from the coast and,as we had the bonus of good weather, we enjoyed walking at Holcombe and visits to Wells and Burnham Market. ”

“The welcome card from the owners set the scene for this property. Obviously they want you to enjoy your stay. A lot of care has been taken by the owners to provide a comfortable & well equipped holiday accommodation . The location was near enough to civilisation but far enough away to enjoy the countryside. The very good sized bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms were well received.Kitchen diner well equipped & lots of room for every body to be involved in preparing a meal. Another plus The Duck Inn in walking distance great food”
