Guest reviews

Very clean and comfortable accommodation in quiet location. Little Lammas has been decorated and furnished very well, everything matches and has been well thought out. Excellent oven, fridge and kitchen utensils. Large bedroom with comfortable bed. Bathroom good. The owners Caroline and Jenny made us most welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed our week in Little Lammas. The village of Ringstead has a good pub "The Gin Trap" and a village shop within walking distance and is a short car journey from Hunstanston.

Compact space but more than adequate for two on holiday. Very well maintained and a feeling of welcome on arrival. Local pub and village shop are excellent and walkable in ten minutes. If visiting the area again would definitely think in terms of Little Lammas. Particularly recommended for bird and nature lovers as the owners are enthusiasts and many interesting sites are nearby.

Perfect for a short break. Beautifully presented property with everything you need for an enjoyable stay and is just far enough inland to feel quite rural but handily placed for trips along the coast.
The owners have obviously put a lot of thought into the design layout and all the facilities you are likely to need, inc wifi. We found The Peddars Way at the end of the road to be very handy for morning walks with our dog.

Lovely Norfolk break

We met both the owners when we arrived, they were very friendly and helpful. Little Lammas was beautifully clean and tidy on arrival and we were able to work everything that needed to work. We were lucky with the weather , only one day with any rain and of course we were near all our favourite places to visit, eg Titchwell, Dersingham (magical place) and Brancaster Staithe. We are almost bound to return, our dog knows the place well now!

Immaculately clean and comfortable. Exceptionally comfortable bed. Nice quiet location. Village pub 4-6 minutes walk away serving great food and extremely dog friendly. Heacham and snetherton beaches 3-3 miles away are both dog friendly. Hunstanton is just a couple of miles away and is a busy seaside town. The beach here is not dog friendly, but to be honest It's not a great beach

Really enjoyed our stay at Little Lammas. Very clean and in good condition. Although on the Docking Road it's still a quiet spot. Good location for walks and touring area. Location even tempted me to do some running. Nice pub a short walk. But torch advised very dark along roads on way back.

An excellent property for 2 people. Spotlessly clean and an incredibly comfortable bed!! Although small, my husband and I thought the accommodation was more than adequate for us.For the past couple of years we have had to pay for a second bedroom we didn't need!

We met the owner on arrival and obtained the key. Little Lammas smelt and looked beautifully clean and tidy. We were very comfortable all week, as was our dog!

“Had a thoroughly great time staying here. The location was great and just a short drive to the coast (quicker to get to than I thought). Owners were very friendly and welcoming as were people in the village. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We both had a lovely stay, and the dogs enjoyed the holiday too.”
